The Al-Zafer Towers 6, 7, and 8 were part of a residential project implemented by Al-Zafer Construction and Trading Company in Al-Zahraa City, Gaza Strip.
This project was implemented in 2000 with the aim of meeting the housing needs of government employees, who represented a significant portion of the middle class in Palestinian society. The project aimed to provide comfortable and affordable housing units to improve the quality of life for this group.
