Working Challenges
At the beginning of the Palestinian Authority's arrival, the Oasis Tourism Project faced several challenges, including:
-
Political and security environment: The unstable political situation affected the ability to attract investments and secure the resources necessary for construction.
-
Logistical challenges: There were difficulties in securing essential materials and infrastructure due to the economic conditions and the restrictions associated with the blockade.
-
Developmental vision: While there was significant optimism about the future of tourism in Gaza, it was necessary to develop a comprehensive action plan that aligned with the Palestinian Authority's vision, taking local conditions into account.
-
Administrative procedures: The administrative and bureaucratic processes required additional time and resources to complete the project, which affected the timeline.
Despite these challenges, Al-Zafer Company worked diligently through careful planning and execution to overcome the obstacles, leading to the successful realization of the project. It now represents a symbol of optimism and the ability to build and develop, attracting visitors from across the region.
